All of them are live and on me: the server, the database, the backups, the updates. Each card opens the product itself.

Multi-tenant SaaS

Cosmor

Management platform that puts an auto repair shop's work orders, stock, cash and vehicle records on one screen.

Work-order wizard, barcode point of sale, receivables and cash tracking, vehicle records keyed to plate and VIN, role-based permissions. Runs as a hosted subscription or self-hosted on the shop's own server. Per-tenant document numbering, nightly automated backups.

Medical community

BYZA

A clinical case discussion platform for doctors and medical students.

Patient identifiers are stripped automatically before anything is stored — not only from text but from uploaded images too, via OCR. Presidio plus a Turkish spaCy model handle the text side. Case search is semantic; DICOM files can be uploaded directly.

Vision model

Bio AI

Mobile app and service that identifies plants and diagnoses plant disease from a photo.

Inference does not go out to a third-party vision API — the models run on my own server with my own weights. Care schedules and reminders live in the app.

Closed development

A multi-tenant commerce platform built so AI agents can operate it directly.

The storefront exposes itself to agents as well as people: catalogue and order flow are published as tools over an MCP server. Product search is semantic, tenant isolation is enforced at the database level with row-level security, and the payment and e-invoicing plugins are written for the Turkish market.

This project is in closed development — its name and address are not shared.

A numerology app that turns birth data and life turning points into one coherent personal narrative.

Deliberately no language model. A rule-based engine writes the narrative: identical input always produces identical output, results are locked down by golden tests, and inference cost and latency are zero.

Online Dog Trainer

A business directory and lead-capture platform for dog trainers.

Signup, email verification, password reset, roles, photo upload, premium upgrade and a dynamic sitemap — written with no npm packages at all, only Node's own built-in modules. The whole database is a single SQLite file.

Audio engine

Brainwave Generator

An app that generates binaural audio in real time for sleep, focus and calm.

It plays no pre-recorded tracks — the tone is synthesised on the device, so frequency and duration stay fully under the user's control. The progressive wake-up alarm runs in the background. Live on iOS and Android.

Sites and back-office panels businesses use daily. All still standing, and I still maintain them.

A corporate site, four back-office panels the staff use daily, and an automated outreach campaign.

Hundreds of city and service pages are generated programmatically. Every weekday morning a campaign engine sends staggered outreach email to an institution list, with send intervals and daily caps tuned to provider limits.

A templated build with its own page for every province and district. Nothing runs server-side, which makes it both very fast and nearly maintenance-free.

I wrote Python generators that produce a page for every district × brand × service combination. This engagement is the first version of the problem that later became Cosmor.

A complete mirrored structure for both languages, plus a structured site description so language models read the site correctly.

Holiday accommodation — Val Gardena, Italy

La Rondula

A five-language site for a holiday property in the Dolomites.

Italian, German, English, Korean and Chinese. The booking flow connects to the property's existing system. I also built an internal tool that reads incoming enquiry email and prepares the offer automatically.

An AI-assisted revenue management platform for boutique and independent hotels.

Dynamic pricing, a multilingual guest assistant, review analysis and demand forecasting in one system. My hotel revenue work runs through this partnership; the technical detail lives on Nexorev.
