Baktam grew out of client work. While building invoicing, incident-record and job-portal panels for Deniz Oto Servis, a repair shop in Adıyaman, I saw that most shops fight the same problems: digging through files when a customer asks "what did we do last time?", profit melting away because fitted parts were never written down, a till count that takes two hours every evening, and customers lost to another shop because nobody reminded them of their next service.
I turned those panels into a platform any repair shop can use; its first name was Cosmor. As the product settled into the language of Turkish repair shops, its name changed too: Baktam — "bakım tam, iş tamam", roughly "service done, job done".
The whole chain behind Baktam is on me, from the server and database to backups and updates. Like the other products on this site, it sits at a live address you can open and try.
