Common questions

Who is Fatih Bilgiç?

Fatih Bilgiç is an independent software developer and entrepreneur, born in Adıyaman, Türkiye in 2001. He founded the one-person software studio ANTAGRIOIN, where he runs twelve live products, and has been a co-founder of the hotel revenue-management venture Nexorev since 2024. He takes products from idea to running system on his own, across web, mobile, AI and data.

What does Fatih Bilgiç do?

He builds and operates his own products, and builds commercial software systems for a small number of clients. Cosmor, Bio AI, Brainwave Generator, TaxCliff and Statecraft Observatory are his own; each one is a live address anyone can open. He carries the whole chain himself, from server and database to release and upkeep.

What technologies does Fatih Bilgiç use?

Mostly Next.js, TypeScript, Python with FastAPI, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Docker and PyTorch. He is not tied to one stack: the choice follows what the problem needs.

Where is Fatih Bilgiç based?

He was born in Adıyaman and moved to Istanbul at twelve. He works remotely today, with no fixed office.

Story

Fatih Bilgiç. Born 2001, Adıyaman.

I was born in Adıyaman, in south-eastern Türkiye; my family line comes from the village of Zey. I grew up there until adolescence, moved to Istanbul at twelve, and my schooling travelled from city to city after that. I never stayed long anywhere, and I tied my learning to my own attention rather than to an institution.

  1. 2001Born in Adıyaman. My family line comes from the village of Zey.
  2. 2013Istanbul at twelve. Started school here.
  3. 2015Gaziantep, then back to Adıyaman.
  4. 2016Continued education remotely. Self-directed learning, languages, first software.
  5. 2019Came of age; travel abroad, international friendships and connections.
  6. 2023The 6 February earthquake. Lost relatives and friends in Adıyaman. Then a nomadic life again.
  7. TodayA one-person studio with no fixed city, working from anywhere in the world; twelve live products and one co-founded venture.

What moved me forward was not a particular school but the ability to manage my own attention. Learning a language and building a system follow the same method: turn the thing over until I understand it, then leave it running. Every address on this site is the output of that habit.

I am curious about people and about what is organic. Software, data, hotel revenue management, plant diagnosis, measuring how states behave: they look like distant subjects, but they all ask the same question. How does this actually work, and can I make it measurable?

The 2023 earthquake changed a great deal. After the loss I chose to work nomadically rather than settle. In recent years my digital ventures have grown into something that reaches other people, and my multidisciplinary way of working comes from there. I run several ventures at once today, and all of them are listed openly above.

How I work

Show, don't tell

There are no design mockups in my portfolio. Instead of saying I "know" something I give you its address; the server, the database, the backups and the updates are on me.

Turning a business problem into software

Cosmor solves a repair shop's work orders, SevkiyatPro a courier company's settlements, RMS a hotel's nightly rate. My real job is not writing code; it is understanding how a business actually runs and turning that into a measurable, working system.

From idea to maintenance, single-handed

From the product idea to launch, from payments and store submissions to data collection and upkeep, I build the whole chain myself. That is why it is a one-person but multidisciplinary studio.

Measure, and publish the error

Certor states on its front page that its model does not beat the betting market; Statecraft keeps the measured layer apart from the assumption layer. If I cannot show where a number comes from, I do not publish it.
