Fatih Bilgiç. Born 2001, Adıyaman.
I was born in Adıyaman, in south-eastern Türkiye; my family line comes from the village of Zey. I grew up there until adolescence, moved to Istanbul at twelve, and my schooling travelled from city to city after that. I never stayed long anywhere, and I tied my learning to my own attention rather than to an institution.
- 2001Born in Adıyaman. My family line comes from the village of Zey.
- 2013Istanbul at twelve. Started school here.
- 2015Gaziantep, then back to Adıyaman.
- 2016Continued education remotely. Self-directed learning, languages, first software.
- 2019Came of age; travel abroad, international friendships and connections.
- 2023The 6 February earthquake. Lost relatives and friends in Adıyaman. Then a nomadic life again.
- TodayA one-person studio with no fixed city, working from anywhere in the world; twelve live products and one co-founded venture.
What moved me forward was not a particular school but the ability to manage my own attention. Learning a language and building a system follow the same method: turn the thing over until I understand it, then leave it running. Every address on this site is the output of that habit.
I am curious about people and about what is organic. Software, data, hotel revenue management, plant diagnosis, measuring how states behave: they look like distant subjects, but they all ask the same question. How does this actually work, and can I make it measurable?
The 2023 earthquake changed a great deal. After the loss I chose to work nomadically rather than settle. In recent years my digital ventures have grown into something that reaches other people, and my multidisciplinary way of working comes from there. I run several ventures at once today, and all of them are listed openly above.
