Bu politika, Nemorit tarafından geliştirilen HEXGATE mobil oyununun (“Uygulama”) iOS ve Android sürümleri için geçerlidir.
Uygulama sizden veya cihazınızdan hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, rehber, fotoğraf, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği ya da kullanım istatistiği gibi bilgiler istenmez, okunmaz ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.
Oyun yalnızca tercihlerinizi (ör. dokunma hassasiyeti, görüş açısı, kontrol boyutu, grafik kalitesi, titreşim açık/kapalı) cihazınızdaki uygulamaya özel bir ayar dosyasında saklar. Bu dosya cihazınızdan dışarı çıkmaz, bize ya da üçüncü kişilere iletilmez ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde kendiliğinden silinir.
Uygulama internet bağlantısı kullanmaz. Reklam ağı, analiz/izleme aracı, sosyal medya eklentisi, ödeme sistemi ya da başka bir üçüncü taraf yazılım geliştirme kiti (SDK) içermez. Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur.
Uygulama kamera, mikrofon, konum, rehber, depolama ya da benzeri hassas izinler istemez.
Uygulama hiçbir kullanıcıdan, dolayısıyla 13 yaşından (veya ülkenizdeki ilgili yaş sınırından) küçük çocuklardan da kişisel veri toplamaz.
Veri toplanmadığı için hiçbir veri üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz ya da aktarılmaz.
Kişisel verileriniz işlenmediğinden erişim, düzeltme ya da silme talebinde bulunmanızı gerektirecek bir kayıt tutulmaz. Cihazınızdaki ayar dosyasını uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz an kaldırabilirsiniz.
Bu politika güncellenirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada, güncel yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır. Uygulamaya veri toplayan bir özellik eklenmesi durumunda bu sayfa önceden güncellenir.

This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of HEXGATE (the “App”), developed by Nemorit.
The App does not collect any personal data from you or your device. No name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics are requested, read or sent to any server.
The game only stores your preferences (e.g. touch sensitivity, field of view, control size, graphics quality, vibration on/off) in an app-private settings file on your device. This file never leaves your device, is not sent to us or any third party, and is removed automatically when you uninstall the App.
The App does not use an internet connection. It contains no advertising networks, analytics or tracking tools, social media plugins, payment systems or any other third-party SDKs. There are no in-app purchases.
The App does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or any other sensitive permissions.
The App does not collect personal data from any user, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).
Because no data is collected, no data is shared with, sold to or transferred to third parties.
Since no personal data is processed, there are no records for you to access, correct or delete. You can remove the on-device settings file at any time by uninstalling the App.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Should a data-collecting feature ever be added, this page will be updated beforehand.
